ART+COM is one of Germany’s leading new media agencies, specialising in the intersection of technology, design, and art. For 35 years, ART+COM has been dedicated to exploring the potential of new technologies and media, focusing on the interaction between people and content. They realize holistic concepts for media exhibits, installations, and experiential spaces in cultural contexts, commercial environments, or research projects.
In my role as Head of Project Management, I held overall responsibility for the planning, control, and successful realisation of all client projects. I led and motivated a team of 5 to 10 employees, ensuring smooth coordination across interdisciplinary teams.
Key Contributions & Achievements
Strategic Oversight: Close collaboration with the management board on steering all client projects and leveraging Project Management expertise to influence strategic decisions regarding organisational development.
International Major Projects: Responsible Project Lead for two complex, large-scale international endeavours in the cultural sector (Emirati museums) with high innovation agendas.
Process and Tool Implementation: Successful introduction of the central agency software MOCO to optimise time tracking, acquisition, contact management, project planning, and expenditure control.
Organisational Development: Significant involvement in advancing the process landscape, including supporting the implementation of Microsoft 365, optimizing calculation and approval processes, and establishing sales forecasting and controlling for financial planning.
Leadership & Communication: Structuring task and resource management (Jira/Atlassian), alongside professional and confident communication with all internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners, and vendors).
